1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using IntentScope, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our gateway services.

2. Usage Restrictions

Customers are prohibited from using IntentScope to bypass upstream provider safety guidelines. All virtual API keys must be used in accordance with the limits configured in your dashboard.

3. SLA & Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime for the gateway itself, we are not responsible for downtime originating from third-party LLM inference providers.
